Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to receive a print?
Typically two to three weeks at this stage, it will most likely be a shorter time period however please be patient, international shipping may take up to five weeks.
Does the artwork come framed?
No, the prices are for unframed prints. The prints are deliberately left unframed because we can’t anticipate your colour palette selection for the frames and would prefer you to get something that compliments the artwork and its surroundings.
Who should frame the print?
The prints should be taken to a professional framer to make sure that the finish and quality is retained. We recommend the prints to be ‘dry mounted’ to protect the quality over time.
Are the prints signed by the Artist?
Not directly - each print comes with a certificate of authenticity which is signed by Mitch. The certificate can be mounted onto the back of the framed piece by your framer.
I don’t live in Australia/I’m overseas, can you post?
Yes. The prints are carefully packed in industrial art tubes included in the postage and handling price. They will be sent via registered post (pack and track) that can be watched as it makes its journey to you.
What if I change my mind?
Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds due to the delicate nature of the prints.
